Aluminum Brazing at George Industries is our forte. Our Engineering Staff specializes in designing brazements with interlocking and self-fixturing details for proper joint clearances to achieve maximum strength and reliability.

DIP BRAZING
With three preheat ovens and a large 60" x 36" x 33" dip furnace, George Industries has the capability of brazing most any project. We utilize a premium grade brazing flux. Bath chemistry and temperature uniformity are closely maintained and documented. An overhead articulating type boom allows us to have precise control in avoiding entrapped air and allowing greater flux drainage while brazing large loads. Our air quenching capabilities allow us to rapidly cool precision parts with little or no distortion.

VACUUM BRAZING
When the use of flux is not an option, vacuum brazing is used for zero clearance horizontal joints. Development of unique fixturing holds the part details securely with minimal distortion. Accurate computer temperature programming of our 52" x 35" x 40" vacuum chamber delivers clean, high strength brazements.
